Grantiau ar gael

Mae grantiau ar gael i helpu unigolion a theuluoedd sydd wedi cael eu heffeithio’n ariannol oherwydd Covid-19.  Mae’r grant SP Energy ar gael ar gyfer eitemau bychan trydanol fel ‘tablet’ neu Amazon Echo er mwyn cadw mewn cysylltiad neu gael mynediad at waith ysgol.  Mae’r grant Morgan Foundation ar gael ar gyfer pecynnau bwyd, gyda chyllid ychwanegol ar gael gan y CVC’s.  Mae’r ddau grant ar gael i unrhyw unigolyn neu deulu.  Ddim rhaid iddynt fod yn ofalwyr di-dâl.  Mae’r ‘Carers Trust Funding’ ar gael i ofalwyr di-dâl yn unig ac nad oes rhaid iddynt fod wedi cael eu heffeithio gyda’r virus.  Mae’r grant ar gael at ran fwyaf o bethau, o docynnau teithio i den tywyll ar gyfer plant gydag Awtistiaeth.

Grants Available

 We have some funding to help individuals and families directly financially affected by Covid-19.  The SP Energy grant is for small electrical items such as tablets or Amazon Echo to assist with keeping in touch and accessing school work.  The Morgan foundation one is for food parcels, with additional funding from the CVC’s.  Both of these can be any families and individuals, they do not need to be unpaid carers.  The Carers Trust funding is only for unpaid carers but they do have to be financially affected by the virus.  This will fund most things within reason, from travel passes to dark dens for children with autism.
